Indie rockers SNMNMNM have a new song out called "Addy Will Know," which celebrates the sleuthing skills of a real librarian who is related to one of the band members. In the song, the band's lead singer describes several items he wants to find in the library, but no specific titles are ever mentioned. In the middle of the song, however, he lists their call numbers. These call numbers are the basis for a promotional contest for the band's new CD, "Crawl Inside Your Head." The first 10 librarians who identify the books with those call numbers will win a copy of "Crawl Inside Your Head."

(I got so swept up in finding the book titles a couple nights ago that I completely forgot to post about the song until now. Well, my efforts paid off. I won! Never fear, though. As of this morning, the band is still accepting new contest submissions.)

SNMNMNM is also making a video for "Addy Will Know," and you can be in it. Just shoot a video of yourself singing along to the song at work in your library and they'll edit it in.
